Imo Boddy - Running Coach
Imo Boddy is a record setting ultra-runner, a NASM personal trainer and a UESCA qualified ultra-marathon coach.
Imo has set records as both the youngest person to run the 825 mile length of the UK (at just 22 years old) and as the fastest female to compete the National Three Peaks covering 442 miles in 6 days, 5 hours and 43 minutes.
As a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) level 3 Personal trainer and UESCA qualified ultra-marathon coach Imo has a great understanding of how to help runners achieve their goals, whatever the size of the challenge.
Next for Imo is the Speed Project in the USA and our own South Downs Way 100 in June.
